How to Use
IN ADVANCEBook your tickets
- Choose your trip
On the booking page, choose from “Two-Island Loop”, “Megijima Round Trip” and “Ogijima Round Trip”. If you board from an island or ride only one leg, please use the “One-way Tickets”.
- Choose the date and your departure from Takamatsu
In the purchase box of the trip you chose, switch the boarding date (Sat, Nov 14 / Sun, Nov 15), then press the button for your departure from Takamatsu (8:00–14:00). You choose a time only for the first boat of the Two-Island Loop, or the outbound boat of a Round Trip (both depart from Takamatsu). From the 2nd boat onward and for the return, no time is set: on the boarding day, you can take any boat with seats available.
- Choose ticket type and quantity
Choose the number of Adult (junior high school and older) and Child (elementary school) tickets. Please complete the process within 15 minutes after the ticket details are displayed.
- Enter your details
Enter your email address and other details. Your tickets are sent by email, so please enter it carefully.
- Payment
Pay online.
- Booking complete
A “Purchase Confirmation Email” will be sent to your registered email address. Keep it safe until the day of boarding.
BOARDING DAYBoard the boat
- Display your tickets
From the “Purchase Confirmation Email”, display your tickets (QR codes) on your smartphone or other device. In case of a dead battery or poor connection, please check the display in advance.
- Go to the boarding area
You cannot board after the departure time. Please arrive at the boarding area with time to spare.
- Show it to the staff and board
Show your ticket screen to the staff when boarding. You do not need to queue at the counter. A ticket is issued for each leg, so each time you board, show the QR code for that leg (3 for the Two-Island Loop, 2 for a Round Trip).
- Tickets (QR codes) are issued for each person and each leg (3 for the Two-Island Loop, 2 for a Round Trip). Each ticket is valid for one ride only. Each person must show their own ticket.
- Tickets are valid only on the boarding date you booked. They cannot be used on a later date.
- One-way tickets are valid only for the trip and route you booked. For a Round Trip, only the outbound boat has a set time; for the Two-Island Loop, only the first boat (both depart from Takamatsu). For the return and from the 2nd boat onward, no time is set: on the day, you can take any boat with seats available.
- If you cannot find the “Purchase Confirmation Email”, you can have it resent from View Booking.
- Cancellations are accepted until 30 minutes before departure. Round Trips and the Two-Island Loop are cancelled for all legs together, until 30 minutes before the departure from Takamatsu (Cancellation).

Emails from this service (such as the Purchase Confirmation Email and the Cancellation Emails) are sent from ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com. - If your email account or device uses spam filtering or limits who can send you email, please set it to allow messages from this address, or from the domain “etix.com”, before you book.
- Mobile carrier email addresses often have spam filters (such as domain-specific reception). If you use one, add the address or domain to your allowed list.
- If you do not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder.
- Booking is available only on this site. We cannot accept bookings by phone or other means.
Boarding Locations
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel for personal reasons, please use the cancellation form below.
- Important (please read)
- Cancellations are accepted until 30 minutes before the departure time of each boat for one-way tickets, and until 30 minutes before the departure from Takamatsu for Round Trips and the Two-Island Loop. We cannot accept cancellations after that.
- Round Trips and the Two-Island Loop are cancelled for all legs together. You cannot cancel only some of the legs.
- Missed boats and unused legs cannot be refunded.
- If a boat is cancelled, you will be refunded automatically.
- Please set your email to allow messages from “ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com”.
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is per booking. If you booked multiple tickets in one booking, all of them will be cancelled.
- A cancellation cannot be undone, so please be careful.
- If you cancel a ticket paid online, you will be refunded through your credit card (through NTT Docomo if you paid with d Payment).
How to cancel
- On the cancellation form, enter the “email address” you used when booking and your “booking number”.
- A “Cancellation Confirmation Email” will be sent. Note: The cancellation is not yet complete at this point.
- Open the URL in the “Cancellation Confirmation Email”.
- The booking to be cancelled is displayed.
- Check the booking details, then carry out the cancellation.
- When the cancellation completion screen is displayed, the cancellation is complete. A separate “Cancellation Completion Email” will be sent.
Important Notes
Before you book
Please make sure the “order details” and the “customer information” you enter are correct.
The Child fare is for elementary school students. Preschool children ride free, one child per adult. From the second child, the Child fare applies (please book as a Child).
Bookings cannot be changed (boarding date, departure from Takamatsu, order of the islands, etc.). To change, please cancel within the deadline and buy again.
Please set your email to allow messages from “ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com”. Also, enter your email address carefully when you register.
After you complete your booking, a “Purchase Confirmation Email” will be sent to your registered email address.
On the day of boarding
For legs with no set time (the return of a Round Trip, and the 2nd boat onward of the Two-Island Loop), passengers board in the order they line up at the boarding area. If the boat is full, please take the next boat.
Boats to and from Ogijima stop at Megijima. Please be careful to get off at the right port.
After the last boats to Takamatsu (17:00 from Ogijima / 17:20 from Megijima), there are no boats from the islands back to Takamatsu.
Vehicle and bicycle transport and group bookings are not covered. Please contact the ferry company.
Schedules may change, or boats may be cancelled, due to weather or other conditions.
