*The 4th level seats are on the top floor of the theatre and are furthest from the stage. Please note that the main stage and the hanamichi (runway) may be partially out of sight.

*Essential translations of dialogue and lyrics, as well as explanations relating to kabuki will be provided by English captions (subtitles).
*If the performance time is very short, the English captioning service may not be provided.
・One person can purchase up to 4 tickets.
・Children over the age of 4 must purchase tickets to enter.
・Sales will end as soon as capacity is reached.
・Please enter via the entrance used exclusively for Single Act Seats, located on the left side of the main entrance.
・Seats are located on the 4th level. Single Act Ticket holders do not have access to Levels 1, 2, and 3.
・Seat space is more limited compared to those on the 1st and 2nd level.
・There are no souvenir shops or restaurants on the 4th level.
・No changes and refunds can be made after purchase.
・According to the performance, the number of seats available may change.
・Customers with tickets for consecutive acts are asked to leave their seats once the corresponding act is over.
・When entering the theatre, please present the QR code which will be sent after your purchase to the staff on the 4th level. The QR code should either be shown on your smartphone screen or printed out.
・If you purchase more than one ticket, the representative must present all QR codes on his/her smartphone to be admitted to the venue. If you are coming separately from your companion, please forward the purchase confirmation e-mail to your companion. Your companion can enter the venue by displaying the QR code on his/her smartphone by clicking the "View Your Ticket" link in the e-mail. In this case, please coordinate in advance which ticket (QR code) will be used by which person.
・If a refund is made for reasons such as performance cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded. Costs other than the face value of the ticket (commissions, transportation expenses, etc.) will not be paid.

【Regarding the use of wheelchair space】
・Please note that theatre staff will only guide you to your seat.
・If you have a companion during the performance, a ticket is required for that person.
　

Ticket Presentation Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A theatre staff will be scanning your ticket QR code then you can proceed to the exhibition room.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show the QR code provided on after-purchase confirmation page or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on after-purchase confirmation page, or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please be sure that the QR code and the serial number are both printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
