Refunds for the Spring Training Games "Behind Closed Doors" have been decided

  [Refund Policy]
  Refunds will be applied only for ticket prices (excluding handling fees when using Seven-Eleven tickets).
  
  [Refund Procedure]
  Refund procedure differ depending on the payment method used for purchase as follows.
  
  Customers who paid by credit card
  * Refunds will be proceeded through the credit card company used to purchase the ticket. No customer procedures are required.
  * We are going to process refund request to the credit card company by Mar 16 and will contact you by e-mail for progress.
  * Depending on the process schedule of the credit card company, the charge itself may be canceled or the charge may be refunded after the ticket price is withdrawn in separate months.
  * Please check a billing statement for refund status. Name of store will be shown as “TICKET GIANTS”.
  
  Customers who paid at Seven-Eleven stores
  * Please make a refund procedure at the Seven-Eleven store that was used for making payment.
  　If the reserved order is still unpaid, please do not make a payment. We will cancel the order.
  [Refund acceptance period]
  From March 1, 2020 (Sun) 10:00 to March 16, 2020 (Mon) 23:00 [JST]
  * Please present the ticket at the store cash register and request refund. Ticket price will be refunded in exchange for the ticket.
  * If you used credit card for making a payment at the store, then you will need to make a refund procedure at the Seven-Eleven store.
  * To confirm the store, please check the bottom of the ticket.
