- Ticket cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.
- Preschool children are free of charge. Please ensure that they are accompanied by guardian.
- When entering the exhibition with a student ticket, please show a valid student ID card.
- Admission is free for visitors with disabilities and one caretaker. Please present Disabled Personfs Notebook or similar identification.
- The ticket allows access to exhibitions on the 2nd floor and film theatre on the 3rd floor. (Additional fees may be required for special events)
- Ticket resale is prohibited.
