- English captioning service available.
[Rental fee 1,000 yen (CASH ONLY) per act] - Essential translations of dialogue and lyrics, as well as explanations relating to kabuki will be provided by English captions (subtitles).
- If the performance time is very short, the English captioning service may not be provided.
- One person can purchase up to 6 tickets.
- Children over the age of 4 must purchase tickets to enter.
- Sales will end as soon as capacity is reached.
- Please refrain from eating, drinking and talking during the performance.
- No changes and refunds can be made after purchase.
- According to the performance, the number of seats available may change.
- We plan to admit you into the theatre around 20 minutes before the start of the play. (Please note that this may change depending on preparations.)
- Please enter the theatre via the main entrance. Please come to the left side of the theatre door. (You cannot enter via the “Entrance for One-Act Seats” which is only for the 4th floor. Please take care to use the correct entrance.)
- Please present to the attendant either the screen of your smartphone displaying the ticket with the QR code for admission, or a printed ticket. Make sure to have your QR code ready as you may not be able to enter without it.
- One QR Code is required per visitor.
- If you purchase more than one ticket, we will forward the purchase confirmation e-mail to all accompanying persons.
Please coordinate in advance which person will use which ticket (QR code) and have one QR code per person ready for presentation before coming to the venue. - If a refund is made for reasons such as performance cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded. Costs other than the face value of the ticket (commissions, transportation expenses, etc.) will not be paid.

- Please note that due to stage management, we may ask customers to wait a short time to be guided their seat, or to borrow the captioning guide. Please follow the instructions of the theatre staff. Thank you for your understanding.
- 【Regarding the use of wheelchair space】
- There is no dedicated space for wheelchair users for the 2nd level Single Act Seats. Only those who are able to move from their wheelchairs to the seats can be guided.
A wheelchair can be maneuvered to the second floor of the theatre, but please note that there is a step up to go your seat.
Each Act's starting times may change, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Ticket Presentation Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A theatre staff will be scanning your ticket QR code then you can proceed to the exhibition room.

- Show the QR code provided on after-purchase confirmation page or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
- Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.

- Print out ticket on after-purchase confirmation page, or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please be sure that the QR code and the serial number are both printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.
