- Reservations
- * Reservations made on this site are free of charge. Pay the admission fee at the reception counter when you arrive.
- * Reservations can only be made on this site. They cannot be made by phone.
- * Entry times are staggered in a half of an hour increments. (The final timed entry slot is 17:50.)
- * A reservation can cover up to two persons. Making reservations for more than one day or for more than one time slot is not permitted.
- * We will send an "reservation confirmation email" after reservation. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.

Request to Visitors
- Please refrain from visiting the gallery if either of the following apply:
- Potential symptoms: If you have a fever above 37.5°C (99.5°F), symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, headache or feel physically sick. (Temperatures will be checked at the door.)
- Contact with infected areas: If you have travelled within the past two weeks to countries or regions where COVID-19 is spreading, or if you had close contact with someone who travelled to such areas. - Bring a face mask. Wearing a mask is mandatory.
- Do not bring large luggage to the gallery.
Delivery Method
On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either method below at the entrance.
A gallery staff will be scanning your ticket barcode before you enter the gallery.

Show Ticket on Smartphone/Device
- Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after reservation or use the link received in your Reservation Confirmation email.
- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

Print At Home
- Print out ticket on confirmation page after reservation or print out later from the link received on your Reservation confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out the ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Make sure that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black-and-white printing is sufficient.
Notice
- Please review carefully on your ticket selection entered before submit an order.
- Please complete your reservation in 15min. from the Review Your Selection page has been displayed. Please note that after 15min. your reservation will time out and selected ticket will go back to inventory.
- If the "reservation" button is not displayed after the reservation period start time, please “refresh” the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
- Please do not use more than one window to process the reservation. It may not process correctly.
- A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after reservation. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
